Due to the limited-quantity and boutique nature of our merchandise, Boujee Little Secret does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color preference, or other personal preference.

We will gladly work with you if your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item.

Please contact us at hello@boujeelittlesecret.com within 7 days of delivery. Your message must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the item and the damage, defect, or incorrect product received.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, the resolution may include a replacement or refund.

Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, improper care, or after use are not considered defective.

Boujee Little Secret reserves the right to evaluate each claim based on the information and photographs provided.
